Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included inside the parcel.
Ship Items
Send the package back to our central warehouse using a traceable courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Quality Inspection
Once received, our team will inspect the items for quality compliance before processing your exchange or issuing a store credit within 7-10 business days.
